Today was my day to weed the front flower garden and plant some flowers, but today was no ordinary boring day. I had a little helper. She is my grand daughter Dee Dee. We started out in the backyard and picked tomatoes and long beans. Then we moved to the front and pulled lots of weeds. We wound up with a few piles of them. When we were done pulling weeds it was time to dig holes to plant the Chrysanthemums (9 of them). After that was done it was time for the water.
We had fun in the water. It "rained" a lot on our heads. It was kinda hot outside so the water felt so nice. Both of us got nice and dirty. Dee Dee likes the Sit and Scoot (the little green thing she is sitting on that keeps my tools in and I use to sit on in the garden while pulling weeds or planting) so much she turned it into a little car like thing she rode on down the sidewalk. Oh how fun that was for her and so fun to watch too.
