Today was Dakota's 4th birthday. It was also Sunday, the day we all go to church. Today was different because we were all (except Ed) sick with a cold. Abinadi was first, then Dee Dee, next was Ci Ci then came me, Elizabeth and then Berek. Needless to say we did not go to church. Ed left for work with a headache, only time will tell if he got sick too.
First we started off with a gluten free pony cake. It was injected with cherry filling, like you do with filled doughnuts. I made a yummy cooked buttercream frosting which came out very well.
My hands are still stained from the food coloring I used. Yuck!

She wanted to open this present first, it was from Grandma and Grandpa. It is a Dora the Explorer watch. It was just what she asked for.
She also got some nice clothes and a movie from Aunt Lizzie and Daddy got her a really fun bubble gun (not pictured).
All in all it was pretty good considering we all did not feel well.
