Ed and I have been married for 30 years as of 27 August 2012. We decided we wanted to do someting fun so we borrowed an ATV from a friend so we had 2 ATV's. We went out the the Hatfield McCoy Trails near Julian, WV to go have a little fun on the trails. Since I have not done much trail riding, we went on the easy trails but some parts of it seemed to be more intermediate and was a bit challenging to me. There was one part I could not get up without some guidance from Ed ( I was a little scared at this point, and when I get scared I kinda freeze up), he had to stop and get off his ATV to come help me.
So when we came to the end of our trail riding experience Ed saw a mudhole he thought he wanted to splash though, and before I knew it I heard the spinning of tires which meant he was stuck. It was a good thing he installed a wench on our ATV because on this occasion we needed it. The wench did not reach any of the trees nearby so we had to hook it up to the ATV I had. Well after we hooked it up to my ATV he told me to give it a little gas and take up the slack, so I did what he said, I guess I gave it a little too much gas because I had that ATV up on its 2 back wheels, he told me to let off on the gas so I would come back down. I was following his instructions but I guess a little too much. I was a little surprized but not scared like I was on the trail. I freaked Ed out when I did this.

We both got a little muddy (Well Ed got a lot muddy and me just a little) after the experience.
Later after we came home I made some Chicken Hash and green beans, we had some non-alcoholic sparkling wine and finished it off with chocolate torte from the Amish market. All in all it was a good day. Not bad for 30 years together.
